About: It's great that places like this exist outside of sea shanties. Bump along a tidal gritty track, past leaning marsh-bound boats. Then just when you think you're at the end of the earth, there's us, The Old Point House, a 16th century pub, overlooking the majestic east Angle bay, with the famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path right outside the front door.

Our new campsite is split into two areas: one is located in the grounds behind the pub and consists of two pitches with electric hook ups. Showers, toilets, outdoor washing up and kitchen storage area are conveniently close.

The second area is located just off the car park in its own south facing field with commanding views of the bay. This is basic off grid camping with eight, spacious pitches each separated by wild meadow.

Both camping areas are a good distance away from the pub, which can get very busy during the day but much quieter in the evenings, giving you plenty of peace and quiet.

The pub is open daily throughout the season with bar opening from 11am till 5ish (later in season) and the Point House kitchen open from 12-3pm, again evening service available during peak season.

Angle Bay, with its stony beach is located just below the pub and is suitable for swimming. If you’re lucky you may even spot Lily, the seal who has been visiting the pub since 2023.

Worth Noting: We are family friendly campsite. Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome.

Number of Pitches: 10, including five campervan-friendly spots.

Open: May to September
