About: Welcome to Pencwm Escapes, a peaceful yet adventure-ready hideaway on the Carmarthenshire-Pembrokeshire border.

Tucked away in a beautiful tree-lined meadow, our large, secluded pitches give you the space and calm to truly relax – while the surrounding area offers endless opportunities to explore. Whether you’re here to slow down and soak up the scenery, build the perfect campfire, or head out on local walks and beach days, Pencwm is the ideal base. We’re centrally located with stunning coastline, castles, forest trails and vibrant towns all within easy reach (approximately 20-40min drive).

Our facilities strike the balance between rustic and comfortable, including hot showers, clean compost toilets and plenty of room to spread out. We’re proudly dog-friendly, so your pup is welcome to join in the adventure.

Families love the freedom, kids can safely roam and couples often find themselves reconnecting with the simple joy of being outdoors. At night, gather under the stars, share stories around the fire and fall asleep to the sounds of nature. At Pencwm Escapes, it’s all about fresh air, good company and the space to do things your way – whether that’s active days out or slow mornings with a cuppa.

Worth Noting: Pencwm Escapes is a family orientated, low-key site – no amplified music or events. Dogs are welcome (on leads). Campfires are allowed. We keep guest numbers low to protect the space and serenity, so booking ahead is recommended in peak season.
