Wethercote Farm Campsite
A small farm campsite located at the top of Sutton Bank, on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.
About: Situated on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, Wethercote Farm Campsite is perfectly placed for those seeking adventure or simply a peaceful stay away from it all.
Our campsite covers approximately one acre of long-established grassland, offering open views of the Hambleton Hills and the North Yorkshire Moors.
We provide six grass pitches with electric hook-up points, as well as basic grass pitches. Facilities include showers and a toilet unit with hot water, two well-maintained composting toilets and a washing-up shed, also with hot water. There is a designated rubbish and recycling area, along with a chemical toilet waste point.
Drinking water taps are available around the site and fire pits are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
We take pride in maintaining a small and peaceful site, with rules in place to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The campsite is located on our working farm, where you can observe daily activities and meet some of our animals at certain times of the year.
Worth Noting: We are a busy working farm first and foremost and as such there may be associated sounds and smells. Farm traffic can be dangerous and unpredictable, so children must be supervised at all times. You may be allowed to walk around the farm yard when it is safe to do so but only by permission. Dogs must be on leads at all times.
