About: Bramble Meadow is a small and peaceful campsite located near the village of Denbury. We offer a relaxing space for those seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, surrounded by nature between Dartmoor and the sea. Our location serves as a perfect base for exploring the stunning countryside of Devon, with ample opportunities for walking and cycling right on our doorstep.

Meadow Camping Pitches: We offer just four grass pitches, one being suitable for small campervans. This ensures an ample amount of space for our visitors to unwind and enjoy their surroundings. Each pitch comes with the added perk of a complimentary campfire, with firewood available for cosy evenings around the warmth of the flames. Shared shower and compost toilets are available, as well as an outdoor washing up area.

Shepherd's Hut: Nestled in our serene meadow, we offer two bespoke, off-grid shepherds' huts - each one boasting its own unique character and layout. Both huts are equipped with snug log burners, comfortable double beds, dining tables, plus an outdoor space with a fire pit for you to enjoy evenings al fresco under the stars. Our glamping hut, named Willow, also boasts a fully equipped kitchen complete with gas hob, in addition to a private bathroom hut with a shower.

• Village pub nearby, where you can enjoy a drink on the village green, or a tasty home cooked meal. 

Things To Do: Too many to mention but here are just a few:

• Dartmoor National Park is only about 15 minutes drive away, explore its many tors, legends and fantastic scenery.

• Beaches and Rivers - the coast is less than 30 minutes away with many beaches to choose from. The rivers Dart, Teign & Exe are also nearby for boat trips and scenic walks.

• Steam Railways - travel by steam along the River Dart from Totnes on the South Devon Railway or steam along the coast on the Paignton to Dartmouth railway. 

• On site - There's plenty of wildlife to spot during your stay with us, so don't forget your binoculars. There is also some great walking and cycling locally or you can just relax at the meadow.

Worth Noting: We offer discounts for lone campers, and car free bookings. You really can get away from it all at Bramble Meadow with no Wifi and sometimes patchy mobile signal depending on your provider! Parking for one vehicle is included in your booking, there may be a charge for additional vehicles. Sorry, no dogs are allowed on site except for exclusive whole site bookings.
