Mullberry's Farm Camping & Glamping
An adults only site set in a shallow valley on beautiful Anglesey, at the heart of a peaceful smallholding. We offer camping, touring and glamping with great facilities - and a traditional warm welcome. Explore the 120 miles of coastal path or simply relax and enjoy the space.
About: Located in a shallow valley close to the RSPB wetlands, Mulberry’s Farm offers various pitches depending on the type of break you are looking for. For traditional camping with a touch of luxury we offer three very large, EHU, foot-access grass and bark all weather pitches. These consist of an area of thick bark chippings where you can pitch your tent, plus a grassed area that includes a portable BBQ stand, a firepit and picnic table. For those campers that who prefer an 'off grid' experience, we offer six extra large, foot-access grass camping pitches.
Motorhomes, campervans and smaller caravans with awnings can enjoy parking up on one of our five spacious, electric, all-weather gravel pitches, with private grassed areas. These are not generally suitable for larger caravans with large awnings - and the size of vehicles needed to tow them. If you fancy a rural glamping experience, try our privately situated luxurious bell tents, with a king-sized bed, electricity and a covered food prep' area.
You’ll soon understand why our guests are often bowled over by the facilities they find here, not least by our cute shower cabins, firepits on every pitch and free WiFi. But but what they really love is the space, relaxing atmosphere, service and our great location.
As an adults only site, you can be assured of peace and quiet as you stroll around the smallholding. Enjoy the views across to Holyhead mountain from our fledgling Welsh heritage orchard, perhaps with a glass of locally produced cider. It’s the perfect location to enjoy the wide variety of wildlife you’ll find on the site. Our resident farm animals are joined by foxes, pheasants, migrating geese, circling buzzards, finches and a very healthy rabbit population. If you are very lucky you’ll catch sight of the elusive red squirrel that’s spotted from time to time, so keep an eye on the squirrel nesting boxes! We’ve worked hard and will continue to do so with our environmental projects to support our local environment - work that is close to our hearts. From environmentally friendly growing methods to substantial tree planting, there’s always something to do!
Out and About: Anglesey is home to more beaches and rugged coves than you can imagine, connected by the coastal path, not to mention the stately homes and ancient monuments. If you’re looking for a faster pace, try surfing, rib rides under the famous Menai Bridge, coasteering, or a short drive away you’ll find the stunning Snowdonia National Park. It’s easy to see why North Wales is known as the adventure capital of Europe.
Back on the Farm: You can enjoy freshly laid eggs from our own hens and a range of homegrown fruit & veg from our pop-up farm shop. You can even order hot breakfasts to be delivered to your pitch from our 5-star, food hygiene rated kitchen, where we produce our island-renowned Firehouse Deli spice blends. Great on the BBQ!
Once known as 'The Mother of Wales' due to its rich soil and food production, Anglesey remains a foodie haven. Choose from award winning fish & chips on the beach, Michelin-starred restaurants, or enjoy a day at one of the many food festivals and farmers markets. Anglesey is also home to a surprising number of distilleries and breweries, so there's plenty of opportunity for a tipple at the end of a day of fun!
Worth Noting: We have the very cool privilege of having 'RAF Valley' close by. So if you’re lucky, you’ll get your very own air show. Even the Red Arrows drop by from time to time.
